CBSE Class 10 Result to be declared soon

The result for class 10th of Central Board of Secondary Education will be released by Central Board of Secondary Education. Central Board of Secondary Education is a government board for education which was established on November 3rd, 1962. The head office of Central Board of Secondary Education is located in New Delhi. The Central Board of Secondary Education conducts final examinations for Class 10th and Class 12th in the various schools which are affiliated to it. Apart from these examinations, Central Board of Secondary Education conducts various national level competitive examinations.

10th Class Board Result

The 10th class examination of Central Board of Secondary Education is in process. The various candidates from all over India are going through the board examination for class 10th. The result for the board exams conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education will be declared on the official website only. The result for the board exams are expected to be released in the last week of May, 2017 which is tentative. For better access of the results, the Central Board of Secondary Education provides the facility of SMS registration for the result of the board exam.

Interpretation of the Result

The examination for 10th class for Central Board of Secondary Education has already been commenced in the month of March, 2017. Candidates who are appearing in the board examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education can check the interpretation of result of few past years.

In the year 2014, a total of 1327250, students appeared in the board exams and out of which 99.06% of girls and 98.74% of boys and overall 98.74% of candidates cleared the board exams.

In the year 2015, a total of 1373853, students appeared in the board exams and out of which 97.82% of girls and 96.98% of boys and overall 97.32% of candidates cleared the board exams.

In the year 2016, a total of 1491293, students appeared in the board exams and out of which 96.36% of girls and 96.11% of boys and overall 96.21% of candidates cleared the board exams.

The number of students has increased over the years and the passing percentage of the girls is more than that of boys and has been continuously increasing year by year. This year, it is expected that the overall percentage of the clearing candidates will increase

How to check the result

  • First of all, the candidates are required to visit the official website of the exam conducting authority that is official website of Central Board of Secondary Education
  • Search for the result of board examination class 10th tab and click over it
  • A page for entering the details like roll number and date of birth appears, candidates have to fill the details required and submit the page
  • The complete CBSE 10th Result 2017 of the candidate for the board exam will appear on the screen
  • The candidate can either download the result or take the print out of the result of the exam
