Ingredients for blue cheese and spinach mini meatloaves:
1 ½ pounds of lean ground beef
¾ cup of crumbled blue cheese
½ cup of diced onion
½ cup of Italian bread crumbs
½ cup of fresh spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Method of Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Spray a large muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well so that all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin pan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
